Maybe you still use Insert Media from the WordPress Media Library. The Media Library is a little rough around the edges and a bit clunky to use. It also has a serious problem. If you select a smaller size for your image inside your post, it is not resampled. This slows down your page loads and consumes exstra bandwidth. Use your image edeitor to resample the image. I saved 11k doing this for the image on the left.  That’s exactly how this image was inserted in this post. Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit.
